GUIDELINES FOR ICITM 2025 AUTHORS 

 - Submission should be at least 4 full pages, and within 12 pages. Official language is English in paper writing and presenting.

 - The version of your submission must be in the requested format. Format of final paper submission can be downloaded from the Website. (ICITM 2025 Formatting Template). All these elements must be in this order: title; authors with institutional affiliations; abstract; keyword list; content; references; and endnotes (if any).

 - Papers for publication must be submitted in full paper electronically via https://www.zmeeting.org/submission/icitm2025
 - Paper/Abstract for oral presentation only must be submitted with abstract, too.
 - At least one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration.
 - If you need a formal conference invitation letter for visa application or any other purpose, please refer to Visa/Invitation Page.

Important

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.

Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
